В общем доплата за разрешение высокое 80 $
Как отвечают китайцы,изменение только в экране.
Заказал с обычным разрешением.

Отправили посылку,выслали письмо:

Самое интересное что заплатил за доставку EMS а выслали другой почтой.
В ответ на мой вопрос зачем это сделали пришел ответ:
"1 Before we often sent goods to Russia by EMS. But it's too slower, May be need 15 days to one month, sometimes need over 1 month.
2 we can not track through the Internet because the Internet do not update the information in time.
So we find this forwarder to transfer goods From China to Russia .
But for transfer goods From Suifenhe to Russia , every step, We can track the package. and will be quicker than by EMS, the time on the way will be not over 20 days, May be you will received the good within 15 days."
Так что не знаю верить им или нет но уже поздно что то делать.
