The pads are slightly different in their design.
MDB1539 has 2 pads with fixed & handed wear clips
MDB2174 has 4 plain pads with 2 loose wear clips
You can use either if you wish but I would say that for your age of
vehicle MDB2174 is the correct pad.

Они могут как-то повлиять на работу тормозов? Даже если столь незначительные различия.
