There is no company that does this lights, so there are two ways to get this..
first is to built it yourself (i can sell you this LED diodes, beacouse they are available in Poland, and it will be about 1,0E per piece plus two weeks of work and tests )
Second way is for me to make this lights for You..
I am considering starting some bigger scale manufacture, beacouse I made three complets of these LEDS for friends and the cost of manufacture was about 500E..

Т.е. 2 пути:
1. он покупает и высылает нужные диоды и ты уже сам колхозишь
2. он делает для тебя. и это стоит 500Е. токо что такое 500Е я пока не понял
Но щас он ушёл в отпуск на 2 недели. так что позже.
